The Draft Agenda is now available
The NC Women United Draft Women’s Agenda has been released with papers authored on 16 different topics by women from 11 NCWU member organizations. It is a 35 page document with a special introduction by NCWU founder Anne Mackie in honor of our 20 year anniversary since the first local Agenda Assembly in North Carolina in 1988.

Previous Years’ Finances
AAUW Raleigh/Wake County has been the fiscal agent for the Wake County Women’s Agenda Assembly for the 2004, 2006 and 2008 events.
In 2004, the Assembly cleared $556.39 and donated $200 back to NC Women United. In 2004, we ordered 90 lunches ($540.43 - $6/each).
In 2006, the Assembly cleared $100.75. The difference was both lower income (fewer, smaller sponsorships) and higher expenses (less donated duplicating, supplies). The year end balance was $457.14. In 2006, we ordered 50 lunches ($352.08 - $7/each).
The 2004 finances were reviewed, but that did not happen in 2006. If you’d like to review the figures in these reports and compare them to the backup documentation, please contact treasurer@wakewaa2008.org.
